SingMe Merseyside visit in February!

We have been very busy over the past couple of months and are sorry we couldn’t update you earlier with this musical news. It certainly put a smile on our face reminiscing about a special visit we had late February.

The Hazelwell welcomed 30 members of SingMe Merseyside to entertain the residents, staff and visitors. SingMe Merseyside delivers weekly singing, performance and creative activities at various locations around the local area. With 350 members spread amongst 7 groups, they perform at a variety of venues all over Merseyside and Cheshire. Together, they perform a wide range of popular songs with live accompaniment led by Founder & Musical Director, Billy Hui and assisted by Choir Manager & Administrator, Wendy Williamson.

SingMe Merseyside have a strong belief in providing a platform for its members to socialise, learn and perform in a fun and relaxed environment with the aim of improving health and general well-being. In addition, SingMe Merseyside are closely linked with several local and national charities to support fundraising initiatives and increase awareness.

The residents thoroughly enjoyed their afternoon of music – it provided a very popular topic of conversation for days after. Thank you SingMe Merseyside!
