At our care home, offering residents opportunities to rest, explore and socialise as well as their daily medical care is important to us. Situated in a quaint residential area, residents of The Hazelwell can benefit from a variety of independent and chain shops and places to eat, right on their doorstep in Heswall and the surrounding areas. Thanks to our very own minibus and chauffeur-driven car there is much that can be explored further afield in the wider area of Merseyside, such as the culture and cuisines at Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool.
Grabbing a breath of fresh air or taking a stroll can do wonders for someone’s health and can be therapeutic for those on a journey of rehabilitation. As well as our landscaped garden and rooftop patio, residents can enjoy the great outdoors and sunny days at local beauty spots such as Wirral Country Park and West Kirby Beach, both less than a 15 minute drive away. With picturesque views of the River Dee and North East Wales, and parks and beaches all within easy reach, our activities coordinators make sure that our residents take full advantage of all the natural beauty that can be found in and around our home.
